Customer First UK and The WOW Awards will be co-hosting the second Annual ‘Loving the Customer’ Conference this year titled “Inside Out”, on 21st June 2012 at The MET Hotel, Leeds. Following the success of the 2011 Conference and feedback from our guests, the theme for 2012 will be around Employee Engagement and how in order to love your customers you must first love your people.
In this one day conference we will be inviting you to explore the two way relationship between your organisation and your people, through interactive seminar sessions, panel discussions and key note speakers you will discover the art of employee engagement.
